Franklin County Residential Services, Inc. (FCRS) offers a variety of programs to serve those with developmental disabilities and their families.
FCRS’ long-term residential program is available to Franklin County residents. Family Support Funding and the respite programs are provided to families of developmentally disabled individuals from infancy through adulthood. Individual needs range from short-term respite assistance to long-term housing and support and vary from limited supervision and basic skills training to intensive one-to-one supervision and intensive skill training.
Family Support, administered to eligible families through FCRS, is a state-funded source that helps families keep their family members with developmental disabilities at home. The residential programs are funded via a variety of resources, including State and Federal Medicaid programs, Individual Options Waiver, client resources, and the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
