Franklin County Residential Services (FCRS) is a trusted resource for families and guardians looking for innovative programs and services that help children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families/guardians in our community.
During times of transition, FCRS’ Emergency Care Program provides a short-term housing solution for adult individuals with developmental disabilities who are displaced from their home or need services on an emergency basis. Referrals are made to FCRS by the Service Coordination Department of the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
This popular FCRS program offers care and supervision for children and adults with developmental disabilities before and/or after work or school. Participants in this program attend school or work programs operated by the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
